  SIT Ref Page 570 SVEN FREDRIK GUSTAFSON, a farmer near Hutto is from Vallsjö parish, Småland, and he was born in 1863. He married Jenny Mathilda Kristina Karlsdotter in Sweden in 1893. She was born in 1871 in Alsheda parish, the region of Jönköping. They emigrated together in 1895 and lived for some time in Jamestown, N. Y. before they came to Texas. They have lived near Hutto since then; Mr. Gustafson first leased land for a few years, and then bought the beautiful farm where he now lives. They are active members of the Swedish Methodist Church, and he has served as Sunday school superintendent and local preacher. Their children are: Sigrid, Agat, Astrid, Tillie and Mildred.
